What happens if I cancel or want to leave?

Cancel any month. No contracts, no fees. The site stays live through the end of the month you've paid for, then goes offline. If you decide you want to take the site with you, reasonable handoffs (content export, domain transfer, help migrating to another provider) are free for customers in good standing. The only time we charge a buyout fee is for clear bad-faith cases: signing up, having us build the full site, then demanding a full handoff a few weeks later. Full terms live on our Terms page.

How do updates work?

Email us what you want changed. A price, a photo, a new service, a new contact number. We handle it the same day, most of the time within hours, on your site and on your Google Business Profile. Email is the only channel: nothing to install, no account to remember, no dashboard to learn. You write, we handle it.

What's covered on the Google Business Profile side?

We set up or claim your Google Business Profile, fill in hours, services, service area, categories, and the description, and keep it in sync with your site. New photos you send go on both. Hours, prices, and service-area changes go on both. Posts, Q&A, and review responses are handled by us in your voice. The profile stays in your name. You keep ownership and control.

Most operators never do. If you eventually need something beyond what we include (a storefront, deeper booking integration), we'll point you to the right next step.
